A Community Meditation

Tuesday Evenings

5:30-6:30

​

A weekly, donation-based meditation class for both beginners and more seasoned practitioners.

 

Each gathering includes time for sitting, lying down and/or walking meditation, with variations to support and celebrate different bodies and abilities.

 

Come as you are–chairs, cushions, blankets, and wall space are provided so you can practice in a way that feels steady and sustainable for you. If you wish to bring your own props- a favorite blanket or cushion, please do so!

 

Class will end with optional time for reflection, questions, and shared discussion.

Suggested donation $10.
